Optimized Mass & Strength Program
The Optimized Mass & Strength Program is a 6 week training program that emphasizes building muscle mass and increasing strength. This is a program that can be run as many times as you want.
This is the program I wish I had access to when I started lifting. It lays everything out for you and tells you what your goals should be., through progressive overload. You make the most gains when you start lifting. This program in combination with the Macro Calculator will guarantee goals that the average beginner will not achieve.
If you follow this guide while being in a caloric surplus, you will see an increase in muscle mass and a lot of strength gains. If you are new to the gym you can see fat loss occur, as well.
If you follow this guide while being in a caloric deficit, you will experience an increase in muscle development, muscle definition (due to loosing a lot of fat), and strength.
